Dear CIAC Colleagues,
It’s time for
you to nominate a colleague (or two) for the CIAC Service Award. The CIAC
Service Award is presented at the CIAC Annual Conference, in recognition of
exemplary contributions made by members of CIAC to the articulation endeavor.
Two awards will
be presented, one representing NCIAC, and one representing SCIAC. You may
nominate up to two people, one from the North and one from the South. The
nominee(s) must not have received the award within the last five years. (See
attached for list of previous award winners.)
Selection of the winner(s) will be based on the nominee's outstanding service to the articulation endeavor that is "beyond the call of duty" to the CIAC community and to the institutions and students we serve. We will be looking specifically at contributions in the areas of: Expertise, Leadership, Advocacy, and CIAC Support.
Please provide specific examples in responding to these areas.
The deadline to
submit your nomination is Friday, February 27, 2015.
